The iPhone Four Bumpers are hitting the headlines once again and this time for not very pleasant reasons. The Apple store has started automatic refund of iPhone 4 bumpers after mass report of reception problem. The trouble is with the antenna and of an interesting nature.

Curiously the antenna is placed such that signals are blocked by the users fingers while he is handling the instrument.Why such obvious issues got overlooked during the development stage is mind boggling. But what is even more mind boggling is that the iPhone is not an isolated case of negligence during development. It has in its league several big companies that have time and again recalled their products from the market after mass backlash from consumers.

Recall by Toyota:

Recently motor vehicle giant Toyota recalled 270,000 Lexus from the market. The reason for recall being faulty engine parts because of which vehicle may halt while moving causing damage to life and property. Toyota has been involved with some other big recalls as well.
