On January 20, 2010, Graco Children’s Products Inc. issued a recall of several models of strollers and baby travel systems. According to the released report by Graco, children were injured from a faulty part located on the canopy attachments of the recalled items.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) also received reports based on incidents associated with different strollers and baby travel systems by Graco. To support Graco in warning consumers about the potential risks, the CPSC has also issued a report on the recalled strollers.

Strollers and Baby Travel Systems by Graco Recalled

Graco Children’s Products Inc. produced two different styles of canopy hinges for the strollers listed under the recall. The strollers that are considered a safety risk have a joint hinge that holds the canopy in a reclined or forward position.
